One of the many OpenStack Day events sponsored regionally around the world, OpenStack Day in Mexico City was held on June 14. It was the third such event in Mexico and was sponsored by the OpenStack Foundation and Kio Networks. Our CTO, Robert Starmer, joined a diverse lineup of local and international keynote speakers presenting on a wide range of topics. Robert provided a brief history of virtual containers and the implication for OpenStack of a technology that has proven to be so disruptive to the world of cloud services.
